第4届泛太平洋康复会议暨2004香港物理治疗年会9月24日-26日在香港举行，欢迎参加，详情请浏览会议网站：http://www.rs.polyu.edu.hk/ppcr2004。The 4th Pan-Pacific Conference on Rehabilitation and Hong Kong Physiotherapy Association Annual Congress 2004 with a main theme on Art and Science of Enablement will be held on 24 - 26 September 2004 in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. The Department organized the First Pan-Pacific Conference on Rehabilitation: Musculoskeletal Disorders jointly with the Sun Yat-sen University of Medicial Sciences in August 1998. Then, it organized the 2nd PPCR and the 3rd PPCR in August 2000 and 2002 respectively. More than 240 academicians and experts from overseas gathered at PolyU to present their latest research findings. The Conference is jointly organized by: - Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University - The Hong Kong Occupational Therapy Association - The Hong Kong Physiotherapy Association The following renowned scholars have kindly accepted our invitation to be the speakers at the Conference: - Prof. Sharon A. Cermak, Boston University - Prof. Frank Fu, the Hong Kong Baptist University - Dr. Paul Hodges, University of Queensland - Prof. Shrawan Kumar, University of Alberta - Prof. Kenneth J. Ottenbacher, University of Texas Medical Branch The progam covers the following sub-themes: - Enhancement in Child Development - Enabling the Elderly - Physical Fitness and Health - Healthy Workplace - Alternative Therapy We're now inviting submission of abstracts by online, e-mail or hard copy.
